FRE-Language Services provides translations from German into English as well as proofreading. All our translations are performed by translators whose first language is British or US American English, depending on the requirements of the assignment. On request we can appoint certified translators for your translation work.

We regularly translate and proofread financial texts, including

• financial statements, annual reports and other reporting documents,
• stock exchange filing documents, and
• commercial law documents such as a company’s articles of association, shareholders’ resolutions, minutes of meetings and similar documents.

Naturally we are well versed in the terminology used by German Commercial Law (HGB), as well as in IFRS, IAS and US GAAP.
